Q&A
Do I need to be an artist or creative person?
Not at all! Creativity here means openness to expression, not artistic skill.
Can I work with you 1:1?
Yes. Limited 1:1 reflective sessions are available on request. They are ideal for those who want deeper guidance on identity, clothing psychology, mindful eating, or creative direction.
What if I just want the tests?
That’s possible! Our Reflective Compass Test - so called psychometric tests - can be booked individually. They come with personalized results, and an overview of your inner compass type.
Is this therapy?
No. Reflective Compass is not a substitute for therapy. It’s a creative-psychological exploration, focusing on awareness and self-expression. If you’re in acute distress, please seek professional help.
What is the Compass Mirror Framework?
It’s a method that helps sensitive and reflective individuals reconnect with their authentic self. Instead of giving fixed answers, it creates resonant spaces where clarity and direction emerge through the knowledge of your own patterns and choices.

What makes it different from other approaches?
It’s not about control or performance. It’s about resonance. We don’t push to tell you what to do – we offer mirrors so you can see what already feels right. The process is non-linear, intuitive, and deeply aesthetic. Reflective Compass bridges a gap:
✔ Science-based
✔ Creative, aesthetic, reflective
✔ Designed for sensitive, ambitious minds
Because self-discovery should feel gentle, visual, and empowering – not like homework.
Who is it for?
For people who value depth, creativity, and authenticity – especially those navigating cultural complexity, identity transitions, high sensitivity, or a sense of inner disconnection.
Is it evidence-based?
Yes. The framework is grounded in:

Constructivism: Identity as an evolving story we co-create.
Embodiment & Interoception: Regulation through felt safety and body awareness.
Narrative & Symbolic Identity: Using stories and symbols to clarify who we are.
Neuroaesthetics: Beauty and design influence emotional well-being.
What's the main benefit?
A deeper sense of clarity, self-trust, and direction – achieved not by effort, but by recognizing what is quietly guiding you.
I created the following test to better understand what resonates with you, so I can craft a service that feels truly aligned with your preferences. It’s completely optional—but highly recommended for a more personal experience. When you book, you’ll have the option to include your result in the form.
